Shipping and delivery policy
Everything we offer is taught online. Nothing is shipped. Course access appears in your account; live Zoom masterclass details are sent by email.

What we deliver
We sell online training: courses, live classes, and the community and tools that come with them. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
When you get access
For account-based courses, after a successful payment, access is added to your account, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours. Sign in with the phone number on your account and open Courses to begin.
If it is not there within 24 hours, write to hello@theschoolofoptions.com with your payment ID. We fix it within 1 working day or refund you in full.
Live classes
For the Options Trading Masterclass, our team emails the class schedule and Zoom joining details to the email address provided at checkout. No learner login is required to purchase. Keep your order reference for support.
For other live classes attached to account-based courses, the link to join appears in your account before each class.
Certificates
Certificates are digital. You find them in your account, and anyone you share a certificate’s code with can check it on our verification page.
Delivery charges
There are none. The fee shown before you pay is the full price of access.
